One team, no hand-offs
Strategy, design and engineering sit in the same room. Nothing gets lost in translation between an agency and a dev shop, because we are both.
duor.digital is an independent software company of 10, founded in 2026 by engineers who had been shipping production software for years before the name existed. We build our own product - Qiao - and we build for clients.
We started Duor because of a problem we kept running into: agencies that design things engineers can't build, and dev shops that build things users don't want. So we made one team where both crafts live under one roof - the people who draw it are the people who ship it.
The company runs on two tracks. One is Qiao - an ai relocation app for international students, launching first in china. It keeps us honest: every process we recommend to a client runs in our own production first. The other track is client work - web platforms, mobile apps and MVPs for startups, and white-label delivery for agencies and other software companies, each scoped and quoted fixed after a one-week discovery.
We work remotely from five cities and keep the team deliberately small - 10 people, no account managers, no lost context. You talk to the person writing your code.

We pick proven technology for the foundation and spend the innovation budget where it moves your product - not on fashionable rewrites.
Weekly demos, an open backlog and fixed scopes. You always know what is being built and what it costs - the number you sign is the number you pay.
Two sentences about what you’re building is enough. We’ll come back with questions, a rough estimate and the earliest start date.
