duor.digital is an independent software company of 10, founded in 2026 by engineers who had been shipping production software for years before the name existed. We build our own product - Qiao - and we build for clients.

We started Duor because of a problem we kept running into: agencies that design things engineers can't build, and dev shops that build things users don't want. So we made one team where both crafts live under one roof - the people who draw it are the people who ship it.

The company runs on two tracks. One is Qiao, an AI relocation app for international students, launching first in China. It keeps us honest: every process we recommend to a client runs in our own production first. The other track is client work - web platforms, mobile apps and MVPs for startups, and white-label delivery for agencies and other software companies, each scoped and quoted fixed after a one-week discovery.

We work remotely from five cities and keep the team deliberately small - 10 people, no account managers, no lost context. You talk to the person writing your code.

SDET and AI engineer with over ten years building and delivering complex, high-performance software, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Spent the last six years at Tesla in the USA, shipping and hardening large-scale systems where reliability and performance are not optional.

At Duor Digital, Rovshen runs the company end to end: setting direction, owning operations, partnerships and finance, and holding engineering to the delivery standard that turns a strong product into a durable business.

Now in Ashgabat building Qiao’s Central Asian channel - agencies, universities and the first partner agreements.

Software and AI engineer, four years building AI-integrated products end to end: Healy AI, an AI health companion launched on Product Hunt; Clade, an AI COO for teams; OCHI, an AI personal stylist; and MIG Tender, a B2B real-estate auction platform.

Built Qiao from the ground up - backend, AI service and apps - and owns everything the user touches.

Now moving to China as an international student, which makes him Qiao’s user number one: the person the product is built for, building the product.
