Intellectual property
The texts, design, code, illustrations, photos and case-study materials on this site - including the screenshots, device renders and descriptions of our products - belong to Duor Digital OÜ or are used with the permission of their owners.
The names and logos duor.digital, Duor Digital, Qiao, Duor Configurator and Duor Radio are ours. Other product names mentioned on the site, such as the tools in our stack, belong to their owners and appear only to describe what we work with.
You may view the site, quote short parts of it with a credit and a link, and share links to it. Any other use - copying, adapting or republishing the content or the marks - needs our written permission.
No offer, no contract
What the site says about our services, process, timelines and past work is general information. It is not an offer and not a promise of particular results, and sending the contact form does not create a contract.
Project work is agreed in a separate written contract that sets out the scope, price, schedule and terms. If that contract and this site disagree, the contract applies.
Information as it is
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available. We do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or up to date, or that the site will always be reachable and free of errors. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.
Liability
The site is free to use. As far as Estonian law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that comes from using it, from it being unavailable, or from relying on what it says - including lost profit, lost data and indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited - in particular for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as the Law of Obligations Act provides, or for death or personal injury.

The site links to sites we do not run, such as Telegram, and to the sites of our own products, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites run by others; a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless the law gives another court jurisdiction.
If you use the site as a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights that the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you, including the right to bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here, with its date at the top, is the one that applies when you use the site.
