Qiao is an AI relocation platform for international students - the one app that carries you from an offer letter to feeling at home in a new country. It launches first in China.

The home screen turns a move into a plan: a personalised relocation roadmap, a visa checklist that tracks every document, a curated city map, a native-audio phrasebook for real conversations, and an in-app community of students who arrived before you.

We designed and built the app end to end in Flutter - one codebase shipping to both stores - and shipped the marketing site at qiaoguide.com: a warm, mascot-led experience that makes an intimidating move feel guided.
